Our annual retreat! Time to listen to your inner voice, to share your intuitive knowing, to delve into the latest possibilities, all in a lush, warm, transforming setting, the South Coast of Jamaica. We can only accommodate eight women so act now to claim your place. You don't want to miss out on this varied experience.
Wise Women activities include memoir-writing exercises in the form of poetry or prose, and related art projects using natural materials gleaned from beach combing. Swimming or snorkeling in the Caribbean and water aerobics in the pool are part of each day. Early morning yoga or a walk in hill country is encouraged. We will travel into the surrounding countryside to shop, take a dip under gentle waterfalls, or cruise the river in a pontoon boat. Massage will be available at the inn.
The cost is $1350. and includes our Wise Women program, all scheduled ground transportation and guides, lodging, most meals, and field trips. It does not include airfare, drinks, or unscheduled transportation. A non-refundable deposit of $350.00 will reserve your space. Lodging is at a small West Indian style inn on the Caribbean Sea, complete with a fresh water pool set in tropical garden. Some rooms have a water view, some have air conditioning; all are assigned on a first-come basis. Food is simple and delicious: fresh fish, chicken, vegetables & fruit.
